This page covers Misstosee.com and the MissToSee Android app. You can request account and associated-data deletion without installing the app.
02. Request steps
Open the form below, enter your name and account email and request deletion of the account and associated data, or specify particular files. Answer the verification question and send. The team verifies ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial request.
03. Deactivation and erasure
You can edit information and visibility and request access, correction or deletion through Support and the deletion page below. The current settings delete action disables and hides the account with administrative restoration possible; it does not permanently erase all data. For permanent removal, submit a request using the account email so ownership can be verified. Never include passwords, authentication codes or identity documents in the initial request.
04. Handling and exceptions
Authorized staff and hosting/email providers may process data needed for the service; infrastructure may be outside your country. Disclosure may be necessary for legal duties or protection of people. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system is risk-free. Limited security, legal or dispute records and backups until replacement may remain; erasure from every copy is not instant.
05. Retention
Visitor analytics records IP, approximate region, browser/device, pages and supported account sections, referrer without query parameters, timestamps and estimated active time. Signed-in activity may be linked to the account; analytics does not collect message text or passwords. These records last 30 days. Country lookup uses DB-IP Lite locally. Accounts and content have a separate lifecycle until removed or handled under a deletion request.
